Flagler County

Flagler is our home county, and our shop is in Bunnell. Most of our trucks start and end the day here, which is why Palm Coast and Bunnell customers usually see us the same day they call. Living this close to the Atlantic has a cost most homeowners only find out the hard way: salt air eats condenser coils and fin stock far faster than it does inland. We clean and coil-wash accordingly, we spec corrosion-resistant equipment for the beachside neighborhoods, and we know which subdivisions were built with undersized returns.

Volusia County

South along A1A and I-95 we cover the Ormond and Daytona corridor daily. Volusia has an unusually wide mix of housing stock: 1960s beachside bungalows with original ductwork, mid-century Port Orange ranches, and new construction in Port Orange and New Smyrna. That range is why we quote from a load calculation instead of swapping tonnage for tonnage; an oversized system in a small Ormond block home short-cycles and leaves the house clammy.

St. Johns County

St. Augustine and the Ponte Vedra corridor are a regular run for us. Historic-district homes here often can't take a conventional duct retrofit, so ductless mini-splits do a lot of the work: zoned, quiet, and no attic chase required. Out in the newer Nocatee and World Golf Village communities the conversation is usually the opposite: builder-grade equipment aging out of warranty at the ten-year mark, all at once, across a whole street.
