We Guarantee that when the equipment we’ve installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We promise that your home won’t vary in temperature by more than ONE DEGREE (plus or minus), whether heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperature selection is not achieved, we’ll make any upgrades, modifications or repairs necessary at no charge.
2 No Lemons Guarantee
Our Customers should expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value they’ve invested in. We offer an exclusive “No Lemon” guarantee on our “Risk Free” systems – this is IN ADDTION to whatever guarantees might be offered by the manufacturer. Simply stated, should the compressor in your air conditioner fail during the first two years of ownership, we will cart away the “lemon” and install a completely new one at no charge to you.
3 Installation Workmanship Guarantee
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home, if they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we will refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair.
4 Maintenance Club Repair Guarantee
As a member our Always Sunny Maintenance Club, we will guarantee any part that we repaired/installed as long as it is covered under the maintenance plan, and we’ll do so for the life of that product whether your original whole unit was installed by us or not. 5 100% Money Back Guarantee
We agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the work provided by us and paid for by you. During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service, our people, or for any reason at all, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction, or we will remove the system that we installed within (30) days of your request and refund the entire contract price.

We test each Goodman brand product three times, including an actual run test, before it leaves the assembly line.
In respect of the air-conditioner, in general, fifteen (15) months from the date of delivery or twelve (12) months from the date of installation, whichever earlier from Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Daikin”).
Mitsubishi’s warranties vary from product to product, and all give the homeowner a tremendous piece of mind. Options range from 5, 7, and 12 years for various system components. Some terms and conditions apply, so please call us to discuss.
According to the terms of the limited warranty, Rheem will furnish a replacement for any part of the product which fails in normal use and service within the applicable period stated (either 5 or 10 years, based on the product you purchase). Registration is required to redeem coverage.
All of their products come with a lifetime warranty on all parts (except lamps) with the exception of Mini UV which comes with a 5 year warranty. Lamps come with a 1 or 2 year warranty.
Nest thermostats come with a 1-year standard warranty.
In general, retail products carry a 1 or 2 year warranty, where trade or professional install products carry a 3-5 year warranty.
